Current local priorities

• Officers will be conducting high-visibility patrols in areas identified as hotspots for anti-social behaviour (ASB) and drug-related activity. The Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) will take firm enforcement action against those responsible to help create a safer and more welcoming community.
• Borough & Bankside SNT will be prioritising theft-related offences across the ward, focusing on investigating shoplifting incidents and carrying out targeted operations to address them. Additional initiatives will also be undertaken to tackle other forms of theft and reduce crime in the area.
• Officers will be increasing their involvement in community engagement activities, including attending local Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) meetings, organising bike and phone marking events, and providing enhanced support for victims of crime.
